Responsibilities
Recommend innovative solutions to complex problems related to the process, database and/or documents
Assist in the facilitation of a team collaboration and coordination
Compose complex correspondence and respond to complex customer inquiries
Analyze shipping notices, invoices, orders, reports and other records to determine priority
Troubleshoot for potential problems with the database, process and/or documents
Verify and maintain accurate and current databases, documents and/or records
Perform routine office management activities
Respond to and manage inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding the process, document or database
Assist higher level staff in examining departmental records and reports
Recognize and identify customer problems and trends; alert management when detected
Determine priority of assignments
Carry out work assignments to meet process schedule
Maintain positive customer relations
Qualification
Required
High school degree or the equivalent
At least 3 years office/clerical experience
MS Office Software – proficient in Outlook and Excel
Office practices and procedure
Communicate effectively, orally and written
Work effectively in a team environment
Work in time sensitive environment and on multiple tasks
Communicate with customers in a clear, professional and positive manner
Understand instructions and execute with accuracy and timeliness
Preferred
SAP (preferred – But Not Required)
