Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of advanced high-performance circuits in advanced node for exploratory applications
Chip integration experience leveraging mixed-signal analog-on-top (AoT) or digital-on-top (DoT) flows Participate in the bring-up and test of fabricated ASICs in a complex system
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with mixed-signal design flows and associated EDA tools
Familiarity with ASIC design and fabrication
Hands-on lab experience to drive system integration, test, and bring-up
Preferred
Doctorate Degree
Demonstrated expertise on PLL design in deep submicron CMOS including architecture, key building blocks, physical design and measurement
Custom Digital Circuit Design: Proficiency in custom digital circuit design and implementation in deep submicron technology (2 years)
Programming Skills: Candidates with strong programming skills in commonly used languages (2 years)
Communication and collaboration skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly valued for effective collaboration within the team. A track record of successful participation in multi-disciplinary research and development projects is a plus
