Responsibilities

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

Support service delivery initiatives, including incident management, change coordination, and performance reporting

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and service managers to streamline delivery processes

Participate in client meetings and contribute to service improvement plans

Help track KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management methodologies is a plus

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or ServiceNow is desirable

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Exposure to cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)

Interest in SRE principles such as automation, observability, and fault tolerance

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts
