Responsibilities

Assists in applying common test standards and techniques
Participates in all aspects of developing trainers, including requirements confirmation, drafting acceptance test procedures and test reports, tracking discrepancy and anomaly trouble shooting, and participation in several types of testing and meetings
Assists other team members in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment to include running the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), as well as some basic cockpit procedures

Required

Undergraduate degree in engineering
Must have 3 years' experience within an engineering field
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required

Technical understanding and experience with testing methodologies
Experience working within a SAFe Agile organization utilizing planning tools such as Version One or JIRA
Experience with Training Systems and/or Boeing military aircraft platforms
