Mid LevelTesla is seeking an experienced training coordinator to design and deliver training programs focused on PLC systems, control integration, robotics, and mechanical systems for their manufacturing team at Giga Texas. The role involves developing training modules, educating trainees on safety systems, and mentoring employees to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and integration using platforms such as RSLogix, TIA Portal, and TwinCAT 3
Provide training on HMI and SCADA systems, utilizing tools like WinCC, SIMATIC, and TwinCAT Visualization for effective interface design and monitoring
Educate trainees on safety systems and standards, such as ISO 10218-1, PROFIsafe, and SafeMove, to ensure compliance and safe operations
Incorporate preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), into training programs
Maintain training equipment, mechanical systems, and simulation tools, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment
Stay current with advancements in automation, robotics, mechanical engineering, and control systems to continuously improve training programs
Mentor and support employees in applying learned skills to real-world manufacturing scenarios, enhancing productivity and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in PLC programming and control system integration, with proficiency in RSLogix, TIA Portal, and TwinCAT 3, manufacturing or automotive environment experience preferred
Experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician, with a proven track record of maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and robotics systems
Demonstrated mechanical experience, including hands-on skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical components of manufacturing equipment
Proven expertise in industrial robotics integration (FANUC, ABB, KUKA) with hands-on programming experience in KAREL, RAPID, KRL, and Structured Text
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies, including TPM and CMMS
Prior experience as a trainer or instructor, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with HMI and SCADA systems, including WinCC, SIMATIC, and TwinCAT Visualization
