Sr Test and Validation Engineer
RTX is a company dedicated to helping the nation and allies defend freedoms. The Sr Test and Validation Engineer will support the production floor of Surface Acoustic Waves by developing and implementing test software solutions, training operators, and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for our production test area's portion of test software development
Will be responsible for understanding and developing test software based on Test Requirement Specification documents
This position involves a high degree of interaction with Test Operators, Quality engineering, process engineering and operations staff, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Will be responsible for maintaining software to ensure test station availability
Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to support production testing
Troubleshoot failures on microelectronic RF modules by data analysis and visual inspection
Identify trends in defects and work with the appropriate teams to resolve in a timely manner to prevent future defects in the build process
May be required to take on other duties and responsibilities such as test equipment coordination between internal customers
Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as review and comment on all production procedures maintained across the production floor
Qualification
Required
Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
4+ years experience with LabVIEW programs and Test Stand or similar programming language
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience preparing and executing procedures
Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment
Can operate under minimal supervision and works independently
