Responsibilities

Drive next-level innovation to support our mission-critical infrastructure

Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key

Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions

Lead design and governance of integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and external systems

Define integration strategy, standards, and governance

Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware

Oversee development of inbound/outbound interfaces with payroll, banks, CRM, and supply chain systems

Implement error handling, monitoring, and alerting frameworks

Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements

Provide guidance on API usage, EDI standards, and integration patterns

Support cutover planning and testing for integrations

Qualification

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)ERP/HCM integration patternsAPI managementData mappingSecurity protocolsTOGAF certificationIntegration architecture certificationSystem integration experience

Required

10+ years in system integration roles

Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API management, and middleware platforms

Experience with ERP/HCM Cloud integration patterns and large-scale enterprise architectures

Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration

Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, encryption)

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

TOGAF or Integration Architecture certification a plus
