Responsibilities

Manage multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives and category strategies

Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses, and establish research plans addressing key business challenges

Analyze complex data sets using advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions

Present findings and recommendations to Directors, supporting implementation of business solutions and functional initiatives

Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consultative solutions

Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required

Proven experience managing multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives

Strong expertise in research methodologies, data science, and advanced analytics to address complex business challenges

Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Skilled in problem-solving, hypothesis development, and data identification to inform decision-making

Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance performance

Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders at various levels

Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
