Inside Sales Specialist
AstroNova, Inc. is a company focused on providing printer solutions, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage incoming printer leads and support Territory Sales Managers. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for incoming printer leads via phone and internet
Log new leads into NetSuite CRM from HubSpot as needed
Assist in qualifying printer opportunities and schedule demonstrations for Sales Regions/Territory Sales Managers
Manage emails and inbound calls from new leads, opportunities, and customers for Territory Sales Managers during their absence
Handle Printer Queue inbound calls and perform warm transfers to Sales Managers as necessary
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns for leads within NetSuite or external databases
Assist in the production of printed samples in conjunction with Media Lab as needed
Email or mail marketing collateral as requested by field sales/marketing
Assist in traveling and working at tradeshows on an as-needed basis
Learn about printers, inks, toners, ribbons, and label media offerings by AstroNova
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with CRM systems, specifically NetSuite and HubSpot
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
