Research Project Manager

Play a pivotal role in advancing the Center’s research and outreach mission, with a focus on energy security policy and economics
Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality research, engage with private-sector clients, and contribute to the global competitiveness of Oklahoma
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
At least 3 years of experience in policy research, analysis, or related roles
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Ph.D./Ed.D. PhD in International Energy Security or related field
At least 5 years of experience in policy research, analysis, or related roles
Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese
Knowledge of energy markets/security
Track record of publications or presentations on public policy issues
Leadership experience, including project management and team coordination
Ability to teach graduate level courses in global studies and serve on thesis committees
