Client Relationship Coordinator
Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Georgia. They are seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to grow a sales pipeline by coordinating schedules and filling the calendars of financial advisors.
Responsibilities
Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts
Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 2- 3 a month)
Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts
Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
Qualification
Required
High level of communication and follow-through skills
Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
4 Year college degree
Ability to work some evenings for events
Preferred
Financial Industry knowledge/experience
Experience with MS Office and Salesforce
Telephone or inside sales experience
