Partnership Director - Cardlytics Reward Platform
Cardlytics is an industry-leading purchase intelligence and incentives platform founded in 2008. They are seeking a Partnership Director for their Reward Platform, responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies focused on non-financial organizations to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead the growth of a new business division, focusing solely on non-financial organizations from the start, to drive company revenue through creative solutions and team building
Foster and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at both potential and existing partner organizations, ensuring a high degree of collaboration and satisfaction
Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with product teams to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product development, decision-making, and prioritization
Work in close coordination with engineering, marketing, product and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and align strategies with the company's business objectives
Define and monitor KPIs to gauge the success and impact of partnerships, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage in the market
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships, preferably in the fintech, ad-tech, or related industries
Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities, including a proven track record of structuring and closing complex partnership agreements
Proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of partner solutions and alignment with corporate objectives
Strong skills in defining and monitoring KPIs to assess the success and impact of partnerships, along with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies
Familiarity with or willingness to work within macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
