Responsibilities

Support the existing sales team by assisting in proposal generation, costing, and advancing current sales cases toward successful closure
Drive progress on active sales opportunities, helping move cases from pipeline to 'WON' status
Develop and expand the sales funnel, identifying new prospects and nurturing leads to build a robust pipeline
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, contributing to long-term growth and retention
Provide market insights and feedback to product development and R&D teams to help shape winning concepts tailored to industry needs

Required

Extensive background and proven experience in the Corrugated Board, Coating & Laminating and/or Extrusion Coating
Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels
Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, displaying exceptional adaptability and the capability to excel in an independent sales role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support provided to other areas as required
This position requires a valid driver's license
