Responsibilities

Ensure HVAC and mechanical infrastructure meet Tier III operational standards

Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, hydronic systems, pumps, and rooftop HVAC units

Conduct system rounds, record readings, and adjust equipment for stable operation

Lead and mentor associate technicians on HVAC/Refrigeration procedures

Troubleshoot complex mechanical and refrigeration equipment failures

Support major repairs, equipment replacement, and vendor maintenance

Utilize CMMS to process work orders and record alerts

Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, EPA, and OEM standards

Respond to after-hours emergency calls

Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, crouching, and equipment handling
