Responsibilities
Support seven senior living communities in the Memphis area
Work with community property managers to ensure that all guidelines and expectations are being met as defined by policy
Motivate, develop, hire, and train team members as needed
Ensure communities meet operational, financial, and business goals and all reporting is complete
Utilize property management software to provide timely reports to the Director of Housing regarding property performance
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
5+ years management experience
At least 2 housing related certifications required (COS, CPO, SHCM, FHC, NAHP, NAHP-e)
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Multi-site management experience preferred
