Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage leaders’ calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics
Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team, as needed
Anticipates needs and streamlines processes for aligned VPs
Prepares reports, communications, and presentation materials
Manages department events and employee engagement activities, including managing logistics such as venue, food, and onsite support
Partner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operations
Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight
Plays a key role in onboarding and backup support for other admins
Demonstrates knowledge of business operations and supports process improvements

Required

3+ years of administrative experience
Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
