T5 Data Centers is focused on providing customized data center solutions and is seeking a CMMS Planner to support planning and execution of maintenance activities. The role involves technical support for CMMS users, collaboration with teams, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to all CMMS users, including planning all preventive maintenance activities (PM) performed by suppliers or internally
Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS-related issues
Collaborate closely with the customer's Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMS's ongoing operation and development
Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools
Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes, procedures, or system configurations to users to ensure compliance with operational requirements
Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non-PM plans
Manage user access in CMMS
Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customer's CMMS standards

Required

Relevant education in engineering or a related field
Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred
Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., AssetEssentials, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.) and related software applications
