Global Partner Development Manager

Responsibilities
Build and refine our global partner GTM playbooks and revenue engine
Execute partner motions directly with GSIs, consultancies, resellers, and tech partners
Lead targeted partner activations that generate sourced pipeline
Train and enable regional teams with templates, toolkits, and certification paths
Use AI for partner scoring, outreach automation, and performance insights
Qualification
Required
5–8 years' experience in partner GTM, partner sales, business development, or SaaS ecosystems. Preferably for both late stage start-ups and larger organizations
Proven success developing partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling motions
Experience creating scalable GTM frameworks, processes, or playbooks
Strong operator mindset: able to design, execute, and teach partner motions
Analytical, structured communicator comfortable with AI tools and automation
