Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric patients
Manage conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and behavioral disorders
Prescribe and adjust psychotropic medications based on patient needs
Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently with support staff
Deliver patient and family education on mental health and treatment plans
Qualification
Required
Active PMHNP license in CA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently with remote support
Preferred
Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare
