Responsibilities

Improve safety through identifying hazards and supporting safer work practices

Reducing cost by analyzing processes and recommending cost-saving measures

Increasing throughput by optimizing workflows and minimizing production bottlenecks

Using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle to structure and validate improvements

Applying continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
