Experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing

Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts, analyzing title and survey matters, and addressing due diligence issues

Required

3+ years of experience in Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Lending

Analyzing title and survey matters

Addressing due diligence issues

Strong academic background

Detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize and manage workload

Eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam
