Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the company’s SEC filings (10K, 10Q, 8K, etc.) and ensure compliance with SEC reporting regulations
Research technical accounting issues and determine proper accounting treatment
Ensure revenue and leases are properly recorded in accordance with ASC 606 and 842
Communicate with leaders across the organization to gather financial information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting
3+ years financial reporting experience (Big4 or industry)
Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience
Preferred
CPA highly preferred
Experience with ASC 606 and 842 highly preferred
