Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and grow a team to drive this automation transformation

Grow a collection of proven, industrialized automation solutions supporting both greenfield and brownfield scenarios

Engineer, plan, and implement automation efficiency projects- coordinating amongst Plant Operations, Research & Development, Information Technology, solution providers, Flow Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and others to ensure appropriate solutions within budget and on schedule

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent and experience

Experience benchmarking in the arena of Industrial Material Handling solutions will be a plus

Preferred

Prefer experience with manufacturing or handling automation. Even better if that experience involves AGV, AMR, ASRS, V-SLAM navigation, vehicle traffic management systems

Prefer related Engineering or Technical degree
