Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts
Maintain and update financial models—including revenue, expenses, and headcount
Prepare monthly FP&A reporting: budget vs. actual analysis, KPIs, and commentary
Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions
Assist Finance leadership in developing long-range financial plans
Partner with Commercial team on pipeline reporting, bookings tracking, and revenue forecasting
Collaborate with Product and R&D on project costs, resource planning, and budget management
Provide analyses and insights to help teams make data-informed operational decisions
Translate financial data into clear summaries for non-finance audiences
Support month-end close by reviewing accruals, reconciling budgets, and validating expense trends
Maintain cash flow trackers, spending analyses, and other financial health indicators
Help prepare materials for executive reviews, investor updates, and board presentations
Develop KPI dashboards and improve reporting templates for efficiency and clarity
Improve and maintain forecasting templates and modeling frameworks
Identify and streamline manual processes across FP&A and business teams
Support the rollout of new financial tools, processes, or analytics improvements
Build documentation for recurring finance processes

Required

4–7 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related financial analysis experience
Strong modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Experience in high-growth tech, AI, biotech, healthcare, SaaS, or other analytical industries
Demonstrated ability to manage recurring FP&A processes and deliver on deadlines
Comfort working in environments with evolving processes and limited infrastructure
Strong spreadsheet modeling (scenario modeling, dashboards, dynamic formulas)
Familiarity with CRM or pipeline data (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Understanding of core financial metrics—revenue, gross margin, opex categories, cash flow
Experience with BI or analytics tools (Looker, PowerBI, SQL) is a plus but not required
Highly hands-on and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
Clear and concise communicator
Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges
Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships
