Be a team member in an agile environment to analyze processes, collaborate on configurations, and ensure user requirements are addressed and tested to maintain and enhance the application
Document configurations and adaptations to ensure an auditable integrity of customizations or unique user requests with the ability to create reports or extract information necessary to use the application
Develop an in house expertise on processes and clinical approaches used by our agency and ensure that knowledge transfers to users so we can maximize the value of the application. Ensure alignment occurs between system capability and user needs
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree in a discipline that would indicate the ability to work with software OR
5+ years of electronic health records related experience as an analyst or power user
