Senior Manager, Project (Guest Interface Systems) -Global Attraction Programs
Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Support for the Global Attraction Programs division. This role involves facilitating strategic processes, compliance, and training while providing analytical and communication support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Ensure strategies and implementation plans align with GAP’s Charter, Mission, and Vision. Institutes best-practice procedures and documentation. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GOP across all project management processes. Assist the Director in development of the Long-Range Plans (LRP) for GAP by analyzing several data sources including IBE (Rockwell: Install, Base Evaluation), Maximo, Guest Experience & Analytics, GSAT, Quality Control Reports, PMWeb, etc. Manage the integration and data analysis the Venue Sustainability Evaluation (VSE). Partner with stakeholders to fulfill VSE requirements. Facilitate the establishment of venue baselines for Reliability, Operations, and critical component use rates in contribution to VSE activities. Facilitate training of internal/external stakeholders and teams regarding safety, documentation, processes, systems, and project management
Implement audits, and quality control processes to support project management acquiring all documentation and deliverables
Provide support to Finance, Legal and other Project related teams to identify best practices, optimization, and functionality. Identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate the implementation of new policies, and availability in the interviewing process for staffing
Build and develop process improvement tools to support the GAP organization, utilizing existing resources and identifying new resources for continuous improvement. Develop dashboards, schedules, and reporting platforms
Facilitate comprehensive risk management plan, utilizing scalable planning methods in anticipation for project risks and opportunities
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in applicable technical field required
7+ years' experience in direct theme park specific technical/engineering roles required or similar experience in related technical field
Or equivalent combination of experience and education
Preferred
Advanced Degree preferred
