Responsibilities

Own BI/reporting strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM

Ensure delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports

Design, develop, and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW

Partner with business teams on KPIs and metrics

Establish reporting standards, governance, and security frameworks

Provide user training on self-service reporting

Troubleshoot and optimize report performance and data quality

Partner with Data/Integration teams for consistency

Qualification

Oracle Fusion ERPOracle OTBISQLBI PublisherData governanceData modelingStakeholder managementBI/Analytics certificationsCommunication skills

Required

7–10 years of BI/reporting experience in enterprise systems

Expertise with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, or FAW

Strong SQL and data modeling

Experience with data governance, security, and compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics

Preferred

BI/Analytics certifications preferred (Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
