Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily accounting and management of project and technical inventory sub-ledgers
Create new projects and establish the underlying task accounting structure
Collaborate with business owners to understand ongoing initiatives and ensure timely project setup and closure
Perform cost adjustments for projects and technical inventory as needed
Maintain alignment and reconciliation between the general ledger and project/inventory sub-ledgers
Identify and resolve interface errors to ensure accurate month-end close of sub-ledgers
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly reporting for projects, inventory, and related financial activity
Support process improvements and maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or closely related field
Strong general analytical skills and technical aptitude
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using Microsoft Word
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred
At least one year of relevant accounting work experience
Experience using PivotTables, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP
Experience with Oracle Fusion or other enterprise-level ERP solutions
