Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Specialist (SPS) to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves applying emerging technology and providing technical, operational, and intelligence advisory support to enhance strategic operations within the command and its partners.

Responsibilities

Apply capabilities such as: graph store, RDF Triples, Location Based Intelligence, AI/ML, Data enrichment pipelines, and GIS systems

Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform

Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations

Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation

Create system architecture, overview, implementation, product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public

Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps

Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership

Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems
