Project Coordinator Summit Community Network
SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Summit Together Creative Placemaking program. The role involves managing community beautification projects, serving as a liaison to partners and funders, and engaging the community to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of Summit Together Creative Placemaking program including ensuring that creative partners fulfill program deliverables
Serve as liaison to funder and attend all funder check-ins and cohort learning sessions
Develop and ensure adherence to program timeline ending August 31, 2026
Serve as primary liaison to program location partners and contractual creative partners
Engage cross-sector involvement to ensure equity and effectively integrate community voice
Work with community stakeholders to recruit youth and senior program participants
Facilitate community consensus-building processes and sessions to develop a shared vision and messaging
Create and manage community events and gatherings associated with creative projects, including a family event for mosaics placement, intergenerational garden event and final mural ribbon cutting ceremony
Attend senior and youth programming as possible in coordination with creative partners
Perform ongoing outreach to engage participation by Summit Community Network members and residents
Provide project updates at United Way Summit Community Network meetings
Responsible for implementing program evaluation in cooperation with SGA evaluation team
Meet weekly with Program Manager to review project timeline and deliverables
Serve as liaison to affiliated SGA projects such as Racial Healing, as assigned
Assist SGA Communications team and Project Coordinator in developing and implementing media outreach and public awareness campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited school of art, marketing, community organizing or related field
Resident of the region and knowledgeable about regional areas and resources
Valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a car
Displays sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences in service population
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
