Responsibilities
Deliver award-winning, strategic creative work in a client-facing role
Oversee the creative day-to-day on projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and meeting deadlines
Facilitate team creative reviews and maintain project traction alongside the design team
Provide direction to multi-disciplinary design teams and manage interns, designers, and senior designers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of overseeing and providing direction to multi-disciplinary design teams
Previous experience working in a similar agency environment as a Design Director or an accomplished Senior Designer
Proficiency in Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop alongside Figma
Experience managing interns, designers, and senior designers, providing coaching, constructive, and honest feedback
Deep understanding of the design processes and corporate branding for global businesses
Ability to blend creativity with strategic insight
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized and a natural problem solver
Attention to detail and an interest in all things creative
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Agency experience is a plus
Understanding of the latest AI tools and best practices in the industry
