Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Illinois Works Reporting System (IWRS), covering participant demographics, service delivery logs, and outcome metrics
Regularly review and verify data sets to ensure they are complete, consistent, and fully compliant with Illinois Works program guidelines
Partner with program staff to gather necessary information and investigate/resolve data discrepancies or errors
Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports to assist leadership in program monitoring, performance evaluation, and compliance audits
Uphold the highest standards of data security and confidentiality, strictly following organizational policies and data protection laws

Required

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university is required
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working in collaboration with an educational institution supporting a database platform is required
Proficiency in basic computer operations, Microsoft Office applications, and Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of data entry processes and data organization
Effective planning, time management, and resource coordination abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience with overseeing grant compliance, reporting and outcome tracking is preferred
