Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding prospect business priorities, technology environments, and key stakeholders

Understand prospect’s business priorities, technology landscape, and key stakeholders

Conduct discovery and tailor solution demonstrations to align with each prospect’s unique supply chain needs

Demonstrate Voice solution functionality, capability in relation to prospect needs

Address technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team

Translate customer requirements into deliverable, value-driven Infios Supply Chain solutions

Collaborate with Voice hardware partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution design and fit

Explain implementation requirements, timelines, and change management

Support sales processes by completing RFPs, building service estimates, and facilitating smooth transitions to implementation

Help manage existing voice accounts by performing Customer Satisfaction events to drive customer satisfaction and increase revenue

Drive Software sales for the Infios voice team via new logos, including voice as part of WMS RFP’s and Honeywell Guided Work Solution (GWS) SaaS migrations
