Responsibilities

Document process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects

Assist the teams with managing team websites and knowledge sharing

Develop business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance documents

Serves as coordinator between multiple scrum teams to support team presentations and demonstrations

Document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion

Take notes during any Sprint reviews

Track action items

Attend meetings

Ensure style guides are followed in compliance with customer and company proposed standards

Work with customer and developers to document new and existing business processes

Reading JSON to interpret data modules to end users

Interpret release notes

8 years' experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required

A master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience, reducing the requirement to 6 years of experience

4 years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
