Responsibilities

Lead underwriting for new acquisition opportunities

Build and maintain detailed financial models (Excel + Argus Enterprise)

Conduct market research, rent comps, sale comps, and replacement cost analyses

Support debt and equity financing with materials for lenders and investors

Prepare internal investment committee memorandums

Assist with due diligence and transaction execution

Manage pipeline reporting and acquisition tracking

Collaborate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal teams

Stay active in the industrial real estate community to support deal sourcing
