Deck Remodelers is a nationally recognized leader in high-end outdoor living, seeking a New Jersey Licensed Architect to join their elite team in Sparta, NJ. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee the technical lifecycle of complex residential outdoor projects, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic goals while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design & Execute: Work in-house to design and manage residential outdoor space projects, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic goals

Technical Authority: Draft, stamp, and approve construction documents (ideally for NJ, NY, CT, and PA)

Zoning Expert: Navigate zoning requirements and permit applications. You will be relied upon to suggest value-engineering "workarounds" to get difficult projects approved

Project Oversight: Manage the flow of multiple projects simultaneously, reviewing renderings, animations, and construction docs for accuracy

Collaborate: Report directly to the Operations Manager and coordinate seamlessly with the project development team
