Responsibilities

Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes
Perform first article inspection and review visual aids
Perform defect analysis reporting
Perform MRB on sustained products
Participate in daily operation meetings
Support continuous improvement efforts and projects
Perform line and product audits
Assist Quality Engineering in new product introduction methods involving material, product and processes
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
Other duties may be assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiar with change management process, and risk reduction methods
Experienced with problem solving and root cause analysis
Provide leadership and expertise regarding incoming based inspection, metrology and disposition of both mechanical and PCBA materials utilizing IPC 600, 610, and 620 work standards
