Responsibilities
Provide input to the development and design of project management capability as well as develop processes and methods to monitor/organize portfolio of strategic work/initiatives
Ability to provide guidance, communicate, plan and set priorities with leadership and management staff at the system, regional and local level. Help senior team members establish processes for prioritizing, initiating, resourcing, monitoring strategic initiatives
Help coordinate and align project work/ initiatives with strategy office and finance to ensure alignment between initiatives and budgetary needs/ strategic plans for the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a track record of repeated success across a wide variety of functional areas
Lean Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt minimum)
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS)
PMP – Project Management Professional certification
Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
