Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. The role involves maintaining the grounds, community areas, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents
Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property
Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
On-call during certain times of the month

Qualification

Required

1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience
