The Sourcing Manager is responsible for executing sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, focusing on supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with corporate policies
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to align sourcing with operational needs
Provide market insights and maintain accurate supplier data in ERP systems
Support new product launches within assigned commodity scope
Mentor and develop a team of supply chain professionals

Required

5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Experience with ERP systems and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
