Responsibilities

Processing of offline transactions through phone and email correspondence
Setup and configuration of client accounts, authorized users, wire templates, etc
Troubleshooting and follow-through of customer inquires
Acting as a liaison between back-office operations and external customers
Accepting and assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients
Providing support for mass communications and other marketing campaigns
Providing support to dealing desk by handling calls, email, and order entry overflow

Qualification

Required

Four-year college degree
High level of attention to detail
Work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Fluent in Spanish
Previous work experience in a customer support setting is preferred
