Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a clinical team (3 clinicians + therapeutic staff)
Provide direct clinical care: maintain a manageable caseload with adolescents (13–17) experiencing mental health, substance use, or dual-diagnosis challenges
Lead daily operations: review schedules, run daily team huddle, coordinate therapy/case management, crisis intervention, family updates , and participate in Q&A or audits
Oversee program flow and staff meetings
Qualification
Required
Master's in Social Work (MSW) with valid LCSW license
Supervisory credential (CCS, LC, ACS, or equivalent) or in process
5–7 years of clinical experience - ideally with adolescents (13–17), with strong crisis-intervention skills and supervisory experience
Comfortable managing a caseload and documentation in clinical software (experience with KIPU is a plus)
Warm, approachable, collaborative leaders able to balance boundaries and empathy, while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy program
