Required

1 to 5 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions

Shown the ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously

Produced work that reflects strong attention to detail

Preferred

Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code

Acquisition financing (including commitment letters)

Debt securities offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes)
