Responsibilities
Design and create site layout plans in accordance with the client’s needs and review agency requirements
Effectively communicate and collaborate with, client and project team members regarding project status, design, deliverables
Complete assigned tasks in an orderly and timely manner
Coordinate with the company's division throughout the project’s construction process
Qualification
Required
Experience in Commercial & Residential Site Development
Experience with authoritative codes and regulations, designing subsurface utilities (sanitary and water), site grading, storm sewer systems and facilities, land disturbance permitting
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic computation software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred
Active P.E. or F.E. License
6± years of Civil Site Design experience
