Responsibilities
Perform on-site service of equipment division products, including installation, preventative and remedial maintenance, field modification, and testing
Perform routine troubleshooting and repair work on equipment division products
Lead morning jobsite briefings covering planned work activities, hazards and mitigations, and safety precautions and plans
Conduct safety observations and submit reports for data analysis
Maintain service records and documentation of services provided
Submit accurate expense reports to the Company for reimbursement in a timely manner in accordance with Company policies
Further the goals of the Service Center Division by fostering positive relationships and conducting business professionally with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related technical field with 0-1 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of a technical, electrical and/or electronic product, or equivalent education and experience
Intermediate knowledge and proficiency of mechanical and electronic test equipment
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required to communicate with customers, employees, and suppliers
Ability to read and understand detailed equipment schematics and facility one-line drawings
Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products, MRP/ERP systems and company timekeeping and expense reporting systems
