Responsibilities

Assists with performing a variety of accounting operational tasks including one or more of the following:

Administers accounts payable function by processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Reconciles accounts payable transactions and may resolve discrepancies

Administers accounts receivable function by managing customer billing and invoicing and following up on outstanding payments

Administers direct billing processes for policyholders by ensuring accurate recording of premiums and payments and assisting with reconciling billing statements

Handles inquiries from internal and external customers related to billing and payments

Prepares register and related reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
