Responsibilities
Support the design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
Assist in ingesting and integrating claims, coverage, SP/HUB, contracting, and other third-party data sets
Implement and follow data quality controls, governance, and security protocols
Contribute to documentation of data schemas, transformations, and workflows
Partner with Data Analysts and Strategists to understand data requirements and deliver access to curated datasets
Troubleshoot data issues, escalate risks, and collaborate to solve problems
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional experience
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R
Foundational exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure), ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and Git
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics or other related discipline
Preferred
Experience with structured healthcare or pharma data preferred
