Responsibilities
Perform medication histories through patient/family/significant other interviews for patients arriving in the Emergency Department to be admitted to the inpatient units
Maintain confidential reports
Enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system
Speak confidently with patients/family, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a PharmD Program
Current State of Connecticut Intern Registration
Preferred
At least one clinical rotation in a hospital setting
