Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at their Watertown, SD service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to the sales team and customers, solving inquiries and building positive business relationships.

Wholesale

Responsibilities

Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
Source parts from suppliers nationwide
Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualification

Customer service experienceInside sales experienceMechanical aptitudeAttention to detail

Required

1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

Preferred

Industrial distribution or parts counter environment
