BenchMark Physical Therapy is a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeking a Floater Physical Therapist to join their Hikes Point, KY team. The role involves providing versatile support across outpatient clinics, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, and contributing to a patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities

Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed

Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume

Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients

Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long-term wellness

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience, even in short-term assignments
